Upon booking, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit
A minimum of 4 days before the date of carriage, we require the balance to be paid
All passengers agree to conduct themselves during the journey in a manner befitting that of somebody in the carriage of a Rolls-Royce.
All passengers accept that at the chauffeur’s sole discretion, the journey will be discontinued and abandoned immediately the chauffeur deems it unsafe to continue, for whatever reason. You will receive a full refund in this case.
Should the highly unlikely event occur whereby our vehicle fails to proceed (i.e. : breaks down), you will be refunded in full, and collected at the break-down point at the soonest possible moment by one of our backup vehicles (which may or may not be another Rolls-Royce), and thereafter taken to your selected collection or drop-off point and you will not be left stranded.
